Here we inform you about the management of your booking from the moment of contact with us until the delivery of keys to your chosen allocation. To be sure and avoid double booking, we always check the availability directly at the time of your inquiry. We apologize for your inconvenience.

If there is confirmed the availability of your allocation, you will receive an e-mail with the exact dates of your reservation and the total price. In this e-mail, you will make an advanced-payment of the reservation, this payment depends on the allocation and can be between 20 and 40% of the total price. With this payment we confirm your stay at the chosen allocation. Immediately after receiving the deposit ImmoBalear - Mallorca will confirm your reservation and payment. Payments shall be made by banktransfer.

Four weeks before your arrival you will receive another e-mail, calling pay the remaining balance in the account referred to ImmoBalear - Mallorca. After receiving the payment we will send an e-mail with the information about the meeting point and a detailed description, which shows the way to your allocation. Other payments such as the deposit and others, unless before they are no other condition, always paid in cash on the day of arrival.

Please note that between the time of booking confirmation and receipt of e-mails with details can spend a long time period.
